ISO 9001:

KCH Contractors quality management system has been fully satisfied through an independent and rigorous external audit.

Safe Contractor:

KCH Contractors Ltd is certified by the Alcumus SafeContractor scheme.  This means that they are satisfied that KCH Contractors Ltd is committed to the high standards of Health and Safety compliance that the construction industry demands. They are also SafePQQ (formally EXOR) validated which means they have demonstrate dthat they are a safe, ethical and sustainable company to work with.

Gas Safe:

Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom..All of our plumbers are Gas Safe Registered – the legal requirement for working on any gas appliance.

BM Trada:

The UKAS accredited BM TRADA certification is a prestigious third-party fire services certification, for the manufacture, installation and maintenance services for Fire Doors and Fire Stopping. On behalf of KCH Contractors Ltd, Kevin Hayes,  an Approved Installer and David Colwell an Approved Maintainer attended and completed the voluntary certification, providing a clear demonstration of KCH Contractors Ltd’s commitment to quality.

DBS:

All of our operatives are DBS (previously known as CRB) checked. This means that they are considered to be safe to work in a school environment with children on site, and in hospitals.

CSCS:

Our installations teams and surveyors carry CSCS cards and are ready to turn up on construction sites with the required health and safety achievements and PPE.
